Big Brew Day @ Icarus Brewing

Brewery Strong is pleased to announce our very first Big Brew Day! We have partnered with the wonderful people at Icarus Brewing to have you observe the brewing process at their 10 barrel brewhouse, and take home a 5 gallon sample of wort to finish as your own beer.
Details:
The brew will be the base recipe for their We Want the Gold NEIPA and the grain bill consists of 2 row, Golden Promise, Chit Malt, Flaked and Malted Oats. Columbus hops are added for bittering and it has an initial ph of 4.9, 18 IBU and estimated OG of 1.077. Brewers will take home a 5 gallon batch (please bring your own sanitized vessel) to add your own yeast, dry hops, etc. to make the beer your own. Brewers are welcome to come for mash in at 9 am, but you can pick up your wort until 3. Make sure to reserve your spot now!
Cost will be $35 for each brewer, but we will also offer a $15 observer pass for those who just want to see the inside workings of the brewhouse. Net proceeds from the day will go to Brewery Strong for the education and support of the brew industry and brew industry employees!
